Post 53C – Printing the Drawing with LibreCAD

The final step of producing a drawing is getting it off the computer screen and into the hands of the craftsman or hopefully into your own hands to use in your workshop.

In this tutorial I go through the relatively simple steps of printing the drawing.  The only “gotcha” you have to be aware of is if you use the “fit to page” function, it may still not print all of the drawing, especially text and it may be necessary to further shrink the drawing on the page.  The specifics of that problem are related to your operating system and the printer you are using.  I will present an even better “work around” in the next post.

The short 5 minute video will present all you need to know to get the basic print off your computer.
