I posted a video tonight on how I create the graphs I use on this web site.  Part 1 is the actual graphing software.  Part 2 is “in the can” and will be posted on youtube soon and shows the second part of the three part process.  Part 3 will show how I use Python to generate the data.

The normal process is: First, program in Python.  Second, Python generates a csv file.  Third, I use Veusz to generate the actual graphs.

All of the software I use to do this is Open Source, free software and all of it can be used on Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

Tonight’s Video is about the scientific plotting and graphing software called Veusz.  Veusz has a website at: http://home.gna.org/veusz/
