Happy New Year – 2013

My very best wishes that everyone have a Happy 2013.Happy-New-Year-2013-Wishes-in-Different-Languages

New Years for me has always been a time to look back on the previous year and set goals for the next year.  I never set resolutions, just goals, because things change too fast.

Much was accomplished, I personally learned a lot and unfortunately you have been witness to that…. Sorry about the initial posts.  The site has developed from being another Do It Yourself site into much more about design… almost a mini-engineering class.  I learned how to create and publish a blog and videos.   I also learned I cannot do podcasting… at least not now.

But this is not about me… this is about you.  What can you expect out of this site this coming year?   The current goals are to finish up the design of the thermistor circuit and build the circuit and tie it into a computer.   That will be for some experimenting with some solar heat collectors.   New projects will be found for the information we are learning about electricity.   Much will be talked about doing things the least energy intensive way.  Spring time will be here soon, I will share some gardening.  Always we will dig into the subjects in depth.   No show and tell here, but details so you can take the subject and make it fit your needs.  I will also try to have a few more easy “soft projects”.   And (drumbroll)  the Number One goal is:   To organize this so people that are just now coming to the site can work through all the information in a way hat builds the knowledge… just as it was written.

All in all I am excited and hope you all have a 2013 of building your dreams and I hope in a small way I am of help.

Gary
